You need to create your seller account, complete your business profile and provide basic verification information (identity and tax information, as applicable), as well as a bank account to receive payments. You will have special follow-up from the Tiangix Support team.
Yes. To protect buyers and sellers, Tiangix may request identity verification and tax documentation. This helps prevent fraud, comply with regulations and ensure that payments and reports are made correctly.
Payments are processed through a secure payment provider. Once the order is confirmed (and depending on the shipping status and possible returns), deposits are generated to your bank account according to the system's payment schedule.
It depends on the configuration and the applicable laws by state. In many marketplace scenarios, the platform can calculate and collect the tax at the checkout. Still, the seller is responsible for knowing their tax obligations and keeping their information up to date.
